Meiji Jingu Gaien Ginkgo Avenue (November 19th 2025)

Meiji Jingu Gaien Ginkgo Avenue (外苑いちょう並木) is a street near Akasaka lined with ginkgo trees that were planted over a century ago. The leaves turn bright yellow in autumn, and the whole scene turns yellow when the sun hits the tree leaves in the afternoon. It’s a popular spot for walking around and taking photos. Worth a visit, even though lately it tends to get a bit crowded with tourists.

I stopped by on my way back home after spending the morning in meetings at the office and was able to take these quick photos.

Note on AI usage

I don't use AI to write blog posts or articles for me. However, I do use it in order to fix my grammar and spelling mistakes. Please understand that English is my 3rd language, so my writing is pretty pathetic.

My writing process involves writing the first draft fully by myself (sometimes including words or sentences in Catalan or Spanish if I don't know the right English expression), then I get it checked by an AI, then I review the revised draft and fix weird words or expressions before posting the final text.
